It seems to me the other day when I accepted a role at Xtravirt as Senior Consultant, reality tells me it was April 2015 ?
Thanks to Xtravirt as well as VMware PSO (partner) I had the “luxury” to work on great big projects, ranging from Cloud Automation (vRA & vRO) to Network Virtualisation (NSX) for Enterprise customers and Service Providers too, learning a lot on NSX design, vCD SP 8.20 and the new Advanced NSX features. The amount of field exposure and experience has been superb and for this I am very thankful to Xtravirt! Not to mention meeting and getting to know so many talented colleagues and working alongside top VMware customers.

Fast forward 26 months a new opportunity knocked on my door, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. Since I like to be challenged, after giving it some serious thought, I have decided to accept a new position.
End of July I am joining the Converged Platform & Solutions Division (CPSD) team headed by Chad Sakac at Dell EMC as Sr. Advisor Solutions Architect specifically I will be working on the new HCI VxRack SDDC offering; which means I will get my hands on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) (uh yeah!) hence SDDC Manager, vSAN, NSX and Nexus 9Ks ToR. I am thrilled and I can’t wait to start this amazing new journey!
P.S. At the moment I don’t know if I will attend any of the upcoming VMworld but I’m keeping my fingers crossed at least for VMworld EU ??
