I have recently run into a weird problem with a NSX 6.2 Cross-VC setup. The scenario Each site was correctly configured (at least it appeared so) one NSX Manager set to Primary on Site1, one NSX Manager set to Secondary on Site2. Universal logical switches were correctly syncing from Site1 to Site2.
